I have made a career in the workplace learning space, in both the restaurant and horticulture industries. And to me, both of these industries are a natural fit into the cannabis world.

I have been in the adult learning industry for over 25 years, and have all the good and bad of training. I remember being new to operational leadership and wondering if there were a better way to help people be smarter, better, faster. No one wants to come to work to fail. It doesn’t benefit your team, and it doesn’t benefit you or your business. It’s not about continuous training, it’s about continuous learning.
